Return Policy
Since our products are Paintings, we generally do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
However, if you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect item,
we will gladly assist you with the following options:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Full refund of the amount paid
The Evara Art team reserves the right to decide whether the order will be replaced or refunded after reviewing the issue.
Reporting a Problem
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if there is any issue.
Please email us at support@evaraart.in with:
- Order details
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Description of the issue
All returned products will go through a quality inspection to verify whether the issue occurred during production or delivery. If the product passes the quality check and is found unused and in its original packaging, the replacement or refund will be processed.
To be eligible for exchange or refund:
- The product must be unused
- It must be returned in the original packaging
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated by Evara Art. The amount typically reflects in your account within 8-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Evara Art is not responsible for refunds in the following cases:
- Delivery attempts where the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the package
- Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse of the product after delivery
- Incorrect address provided during checkout
- Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Virtual gifts
- Certain health or personal care items
Order Availability
In rare circumstances where we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for the unavailable items.
